Shipping

All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Please ensure you take the time to consider your order before checking out.

As soon as your order has been placed, we will email you a purchase confirmation to the email address you have provided. Once your order has been shipped we will also send you a shipping confirmation email, with your tracking number.

All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations. We ship orders via NZ Post based on the order submitted, so make sure you check your order details and address. Unfortunately if a courier has already collected your order and it is on the way to you we will be unable to facilitate any changes.

All orders placed on our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion.

If we do not accept the order we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order straight away.

Please contact us via info@giftboxguru.co.nz if you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resend it.

Refunds

Can I return something I’ve purchased? 
We are happy to offer a store credit, or refund on an item you’ve purchased from us – simply contact us within 30 days of your order date. We can’t provide a refund until we’ve received the products back.

Change of Mind

If you’ve had a change of heart about an item you have ordered, we’ll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging. Once dispatched, we are unable to cancel an order. Return postage is at the cost of the person returning the gift box. 

Faulty Item 

If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo if possible. 

Incorrect Item/ Damaged on Arrival 

If you have received an item that isn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damage, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you!

When you post back your items, please ensure you include your name, address, contact number and order number.  Return to;
